Out of Hours Help

If you need to contact us when we’re closed, leave us an answerphone message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

If you have an emergency when we’re closed and cannot wait until the next day, you should call Bracknell Forest Emergency Duty Service on 01344 786543.

If you have a serious medical or criminal emergency, you should call 999 immediately.

Advice and Practical Help

Our OISC accredited Solicitor and Caseworkers offer free, confidential advice and practical help with everything from Immigration Status, Benefits, Housing, Healthcare, Mental Health, and more.

Drop In Centre.

Our two weekly Drop Ins offer a safe space to socialise, make friends, learn English, and access the internet. We reimburse your travel costs for attending, so that it is completely free to access.

Our Monday and Wednesday Drop Ins are both back open.

Other Services.

We run loads of other services and activities for refugees in Berkshire.

We have Befriending and Conversation Sessions, Homework Clubs for schoolchildren, our Refugee Football Club, and Sanctuary Cafes.
