Technicoloured Blankets

Technicoloured Blankets

Thank you Jean, Frank, and the Barkham Hookers for hand-stitching these gorgeous blankets!

We’ve delivered them to a group of asylum seekers being kept in a Reading hotel for the past year.

The blankets’ new owners were really smitten with them, chatting, joking and laughing with Soha and the team as we delivered them.

Along with the blankets, we’ve given everyone Wellbeing Gift Bags, packed with games, activities and craft materials. We hope these help improve everyone’s mental health and wellbeing.

We also gave out footballs, shoes, clothes and underwear that everyone had requested.

All of these gifts have only been possible because of your generous donations, so thank you to everyone that has donated recently!

If you would like to donate, please head over to our donation page here

We hope the blankets and Gift Bags bring the group some joy while we continue to pressure the Home Office for better treatment.
