Refugee Week 2020

REFUGEE WEEK 2020 – 15-22 June 2020

This week is Refugee Week and the theme is: ‘IMAGINE’

We’re asking everyone to imagine the world they would like to see and tell us about it

Please send us your stories, videos, poems, pictures and anything else that tells us about the world you would like to see and we’ll make sure to share all of them!

Use the hashtags #Imagine #RefugeeWeek and send them in on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or anything else @ReadingRefugees

Wednesday 17th June | 7pm – 9.45pm

This Wednesday, we’re holding an online screening of BAFTA Award-winning ‘FOR SAMA’ followed by a Q&A with our panel of Special Guests.
Buy your ticket, watch it with us online and help provide a lifeline for Refugees in Berkshire.

Refugees and Asylum Seekers have been hit hard by COVID-19. In Berkshire, many are trapped, facing poverty, loneliness and mental health issues on their own.

That’s where we need you.

Can you could donate £5 a month – just over £1 a week – to help Refugees living in Berkshire?

An amazing 335 people have signed up to give £5 a month. This Refugee Week, can you help get us to 500 people?

Can you help provide a lifeline for Refugees and people seeking Asylum in Berkshire?
