Saturday 14th May | 6.30pm – 8.30pm
Reading Minster Church, Reading, RG1 2HX
We were deeply disappointed to postpone our Gospel Carols Service in December because of COVID, but we are thrilled to announce the rescheduled date!
We will now be holding a Spring Gospel Concert on Saturday 14th May at Reading Minster Church.
Please purchase a ticket, join us for this thrilling concert, and help provide advice and practical support for refugees in Berkshire.
(Please note: All tickets for our Gospel Carols Service 2021 remain valid for this event.)
Advanced tickets are now off sale, but tickets will be available to buy on the door.
Our Spring Gospel Concert will feature a performance by our long-time supporters, the incredible Reading Community Gospel Choir. We cannot wait to finally see them perform their powerful Gospel music hits that saw them named the BBC Gospel Choir of the Year.
Our Spring Gospel Concert is raising money for our Ukraine Emergency Appeal.
Following the Afghanistan Crisis last August, demand for our services has flown by more than 460%.
We’re supporting more than 800 people being housed in hotels locally. We’re helping 35 Afghan families to settle permanently here in Berkshire. We’re continuing to support the hundreds of refugees living in the wider community.
Now the war in Ukraine has forced 4 million people to leave their homes and Ukrainian families have started arriving in Berkshire. We’re already supporting them with information, advice, mental health support and practical help but we expect many more families to arrive and we need your help to give them the support they urgently need.
All the money raised from the Spring Gospel Concert will go directly to expanding our support services, so every refugee arriving in Berkshire can get the help they need.
