Where Do We Go From Here?

A Play by Refugees – Performed at South St Arts Centre on 9th November 2022

Ten travellers, one platform. A call to change, but will change come? Through missing a connecting train, we find we have far more in common than that which divides us. In the breakdown of a system comes the opportunity for something new.

A play for the many not the few, ‘Where Do We Go From Here?’ was devised, written and performed by refugees, asylum seekers, and people with experience of disablement and mental health issues.

The play was performed at a sold out South Street Arts Centre, Reading on Wednesday November 9th 2022. The performance featured a British Sign Language interpreter.

‘Where Do We Go From Here?’ was created by Rank & File Theatre in partnership with Refugee Support Group and Compass Recovery College, and was funded by Arts Council England and Reading Borough Council.
