Tahira’s Funny For Forty Comedy Challenge

Tahira’s Funny For Forty Comedy Challenge

Tahira Kulsoom turned forty this year and like lots of people reaching a big milestone in their life, she decided to set herself a challenge.

Tahira doesn’t do things by halves, and so has challenged herself to do forty (yes, four zero) stand-up comedy performances this year before she turns 41.

For most of us, doing one stand-up performance would be terrifying, so Tahira’s Funny For Forty Challenge is staggeringly ambitious.

To top it off, Tahira’s doing it to raise money for Refugee Support Group to help fund our front-line support services for refugees in Berkshire.

Tempting Fortune

Not happy with just taking on massive, personal stand-up comedy based challenges, you may have seen Tahira on your TV screen recently taking part in Channel 4’s challenge show Tempting Fortune.

Presented by Paddy McGuinness, Tempting Fortune was a competition with a twist. As the twelve strangers trekked across South Africa, contestants could spend the shared £300k prize pot on personal luxuries on the way.

Tahira was ranked #3 of the most evil contestants by The Tab but she’ll always be #1 to us.
