About Us
Refugee Support Group has been helping refugees and asylum seekers to rebuild their lives in Berkshire since 1994.
We support refugees from more than 50 countries who have escaped war, violence and persecution. Many have been victims of human trafficking and modern slavery.
We provide free, confidential advice, mental health support, social activities and practical help for refugees in crisis.

Terms and Conditions
Probation Period: 3 months
Notice Period: 1 month (either side)
Working hours: 09.00 – 17.00 with 30 minutes lunch break
Annual Leave: 25 days + bank holidays
Additional Leave: 1 extra day per year of service (up to 5 days)
Pension: 6% employer contribution (where applicable).

Christmas Shutdown: At the trustees’ discretion
